Philip Challinor is both a Chartered Architect and a General Practice Chartered Surveyor. As a pioneer of new technologies in the real estate world (including the last five years in AI/ML), he is currently working with a consortium of universities led by Imperial College on AI informed digital twin models for analysing needs, synthesising design options, procurement and delivering innovative factory-assembled construction projects. The aim is to exceed net zero and ensure that new projects achieve energy positive.

Philip is a Past-President of the UK Chapter of FIABCI (The international Real Estate Federation) and has sat on a number of RICS boards including The Sustainability Commission, The World Games Commission and the Management Consultancy Faculty.
